Andrea Motis has a new project in the works. It is an "unusual" trio, in her own words, called Temblor. It consists of her on trumpet and vocals, Christoph Mallinger on violin and mandolin, and Zé Luis Nascimento on percussion. It is a trio that was born, the artist from Sant Andreu explains, "with the intention of developing it over the years." "I believe," she continues, "that it is original enough, that it has many possibilities, and I am doing this project with the intention of making it my main group for quite some time, because I think that the combination of our three personalities creates a magical blend." At the Barcelona Jazz Festival, however, the approach will be somewhat different, following two sold-out shows at Guitar BCN: Temblor will invite some artists to join their proposal to further enhance the message intended by Motis. "I feel that a concert is a spiritual gathering, not exactly religious, but there is something very profound that can be transmitted, and it is my duty to take care of my energy and be able to convey a message of positivity and hope."
IMPORTANT: Minors under 16 years of age will only be allowed to enter the venue when accompanied by their father, mother, or legal guardian. It is essential to present the Responsibility Form duly printed and completed.
