Anohni is an artist and composer born in the United Kingdom, raised between Amsterdam and California, and based in New York since the late 1990s. Her work is distinguished by a profound exploration of animist, ecofeminist, and spiritual themes, spanning genres from experimental electronic music to soul and contemporary classical. She achieved international recognition with I Am a Bird Now (2005), which won the Mercury Music Prize. Since then, she has developed an influential career with acclaimed albums such as Hopelessness and My Back Was A Bridge For You To Cross. In 2016, she received an Academy Award nomination for the song Manta Ray, reaffirming her artistic and environmental commitment.

Anohni will perform a special and intimate concert at the Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona, marking the only Spanish date of the Anohni: Wilderness tour. Anohni will be accompanied by pianist Gaël Rakotondrabe, percussionist Chris Vatalaro and guitarrist Leo Abrahams.
