‘A mis amigos (Camarón, Paco, Barcelona)’
Tomatito's relationship with Barcelona is intense and wide-ranging. The guitarist from Almería, for example, made his debut at the Palau de la Música Catalana accompanying Camarón de la Isla. Also at the Palau, and at our festival, he began his duo adventure with Michel Camilo. And he has said more than once: there is no audience like the one at the Palau. That is why this year we pay tribute to him with a commissioned concert, dedicated to two of his influences, Camarón and Paco de Lucía, and to our city. A special, unique concert, created exclusively for the festival, for the Palau, for the people of Barcelona.

The Palau de la Música Catalana
The Palau de la Música Catalana is one of the most representative monuments of Art Nouveau architecture.
An emblematic building of the Catalan Modernism, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1997.
